My sister has a husband, one of my best friends from college is married and pregnant, I'm turning 23 tomorrow - I must be getting old.

Actually I don't care that I'm turning 23. I'll probably think birthdays are fun even when I'm turning 40, 50, 88, etc. So what if I have nothing planned for this particular birthday and I feel kind of crappy? At least I don't have mono and 12 hours of student teaching/night class to endure like last year. Now that was a sucky birthday. I don't even have to teach tomorrow - it's a work day because juniors needed a day for ACT testing. Woot . . . kind of. I would rather teach - work days are nice but they remind me why I teach. 8 hours of sitting at a desk make me go a little stir crazy.

I'll tell you about the wedding later. Despite the 12 inches of snow, things went very well actually!
